Sufna movie plot and story
Jeet (Ammy Virk) is a free-spirited young boy living in a village of Punjab. He is carefree and doesn’t have any goal in life. However, his life changes, when he meets Teg, a beautiful young girl from another village.
Teg (Tania) is a half-Muslim girl. Teg craves for family love as she is motherless and her father is an army man. She is a simple girl and knows the importance of love and respect. While picking cotton in the fields, she meets Jeet. The film revolves around how Jeet wins over Teg love. The plot is simple and routine. However, the depiction of love and feelings is what makes this film so special.
Directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, the film also stars Jasmin Bajwa as Tasveer, Jagjeet Sandhu, Seema Kaushal, Kaka Kautki, Mohini Toor and Lakha Lehri. Sufna’s soundtrack is composed by B Praak; Jaani penned the lyrics.
