Sooryavanshi second day box office collection: After a bumper opening, Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi holds well at the box office on the second day of its release.
As expected Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer action entertainer ‘Sooryavanshi’ is holding well at the box office. It got off to a bumper opening and collected Rs 26.29 crores on the first day of its release. Now, after a huge opening day, the movie holds well on Saturday to strengthen its box office numbers. As per Box Office India, Sooryavanshi second day collection would be around Rs 25 crores. This is a terrific hold considering that the movie opened on a terrific note.
One of the prime reasons for this terrific performance is Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty’s collaboration. Sooryavanshi has been one of the most awaited Bollywood movies ever since its announcement. It is mounted on a big scale, have all the ingredients of a perfect popcorn family entertainer. The cine-goers have been waiting for such a big release since the theatres shut down in March 2020. With festivities at their peak in India, the families are coming out in big numbers to have a big-screen experience after a long time.
