A prequel to Neeraj Pandey’s Baby, the shooting of Naam Shabana has finally begun with Taapsee Pannu in the lead.
To be directed by Shivam Nair, a second film from the Baby franchise titled as Naam Shabana is now on the floors. With Taapsee Pannu in the lead, the movie also features Manoj Bajpayee and Aiyaa fame Prithviraj.
Taapsee Pannu took to Twitter to share a picture of the clapboard-

Akshay Kumar, who plays a cameo in the movie, too shared the picture on Twitter-

Taapsee has opened up about the movie’s title before- “The film has been named Naam Shabana because we are linking it to Baby, and my undercover name in Baby was Shabana Kaif. It’s still too good to be true to play a title role so early in my career. It’s very exciting.” The movie will hit the screens next year.
