Just 6 days are left for the biggest Bollywood clash of 2016. Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will lock horns with Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay and we bet this is going to be epic. Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil are the most awaited movies of the year and both of them have created tremendous buzz before release.
The Box Office fate of the two movies will hugely depend on the number of screens they get in theatres and multiplexes. The movie which higher number of screens is expected to take initial advantage which will certainly help it in longer run.
At the trailer launch of his next production, Parched, Ajay Devgn was asked about the recent statement released by PVR and other Distributors saying Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will get more screens than Shivaay this Diwali.
To this Ajay replied, “You will get the answer about which film gets a bigger release on 28th October. On that day, I will ask you this question and you will answer this question yourself.”
Ajay Devgn is looking confident on the numbers of screens Shivaay will get in theatres. As per our knowledge and sources, it will be a tough fight between the two movies as far as screen count is concerned.
We are expecting both movies to get a release on around 2300 screens. Shivaay will lead in single screens while Ae Dil Hai Mushkil seems to have an advantage in high-end metros and multiplexes.
