Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut to do a ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ like train-dance sequence in Rangoon!
That’s right! The director of Rangoon Vishal Bharadwaj came up with the idea of shooting a song on a train just like Shah Rukh Khan and Malaika Arora Khan did in Chaiyya Chaiyya from Dil Se. So, its now out in the open that Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut to do a ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ in Rangoon.
The song will be choreographed by Farah Khan and it will feature Shahid as a soldier sporting a rugged look but he won’t even get to shake a leg in the song. On the other hand, Kangana will be seen in a glamorous avatar. She plays an actress of 40’s era in the movie.
There were a lot of complications while shooting for the song, the actors had to rehearse a lot in order to avoid any kind of injury and the song was shot over a span of four long days. The camera was dismantled and taken to Arunachal Pradesh. The production team camped on the sets a few days earlier to assemble it.
Rangoon also stars Saif Ali Khan in a lead role and the film is slated to release on 30 September, 2016.
