Bollywood’s Devil-Salman Khan won’t be in Mumbai for Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. The actor and his family celebrate this festival with utmost devotion. Usually, Salman’s youngest sister Arpita makes the arrangement. However, the Khan has a tight scheduled due to which he won’t be in Mumbai this time for the festival.

The actor after wrapping up the Bigg Boss 8 promo shooting two days back, is currently in Toronto doing the promotions for his international production Dr.Cabbie. The movie will mark Isabelle Kaif’s (Katrina Kaif’s sister) debut. Salman will be interacting with Indian cab drivers in Toronto as part of movie promotions. He will also screen the film at Toronto Film Festival.

The actor will then head to LA, USA for his annual medical checkup. An insider reveals, “Salman has gone to Dubai from where he will travel to Toronto for Dr.Cabbie promotions and then to LA for his routine medical check-up, then return to Mumbai on September 13.”

Salman suffers from “trigeminal neuralgia” which is a facial disorder. During Ek Tha Tiger shoots, he went to LA to get the medical treatment done. Since then, every year he goes to LA for check up.

After Khan will be back to Mumbai on 13th Sept, he will start shooting fro Bigg Boss 8. He will also resume shooting for Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, in which he is playing double roles. The shooting sets of Bigg Boss and PRDP is in Karjat, therefore the actor won’t be having trouble in travelling.

The actor is currently riding high on the success of Kick which has emerged as a winner at BO. The actor has also been voted as the “Best Action Hero” overtaking Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn. Khan definitely has tons of reasons to celebrate.
