Salman Khan tops the Forbes India Celebrity list for 2014

Dabanng Khan of Bollywood has made it to the top of the Forbes India Celebrity list for this year. Dabanng Khan has toppled King of Bollywood from top position to attain the top spot. For the first time in its three-year run, Shah Rukh Khan has been unseated from the top slot by friend Salman Khan.

Salman Khan has a tremendous year so far at Box Office. His last release Kick was a blockbuster and is currently a highest grossing movies of 2014. Despite being in legal mess through out the year for court cases, the actor has made good noise this year with TVC, Bigg Boss 8 and his charitable trust Being Human.

Salman Khan is followed by legendary Amitabh Bachchan, who has moved up three places this year. Amitabh has a huge fan following on social media sites likes Facebook and Twitter.He is the actor with the highest number of twitter followers. The actor will be seen doing some interesting roles in 2015 in Piku and Shamitabh.

Shah Rukh Khan dropped to third position this year. The actor has made good buzz endorsing 22 brands on Indian television, most by any celebrity in 2014. SRK’s only releases this year Happy New Year grossed 204 crores at Indian Box Office.
Other Bollywood celebs in top 10 are Akshay Kumar (5th position), Aamir Khan (7th position), Hrithik Roshan (8th position) and Deepika Padukone (9th position)
