Salman Khan and court cases is a relationship made in heaven. Just when we thought that the actor is out of all troubles, a new court case is making headlines. The actor who was accused of poaching a black buck in Jodhpur during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain in 1998 has now slapped a defamation suit against a TV news channel.

As per the reports, this case was filed in August 2016 before the division bench of High Court for a sting operation clip the channel is having with them. Salman Khan has claimed the operation to be slanderous and malicious.

Salman wants the news channel to abstain the stop telecasting the operation footage since it will harm his public image. The sting operation video has the witnesses of the case proclaiming to have seen the actor shooting a chinkara.

In the first hearing of this case earlier this month, the channel maintained that they have erased the footage from their channels. The next hearing will be on 18th November.

You should know that Salman Khan was acquitted in July this year by the Rajasthan High court in two cases related to poaching.
