Rustom vs Mohenjo Daro Screen Count and Budget: Akshay Kumar’s Rustom and Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro are all set to clash tomorrow. Here are some exclusive details on the screen count and budget of the movies.
It’s Rustom and Mohenjo Daro clash on 12 Aug 2016 and we just can’t contain our excitement. The biggest question remains: Akshay Kumar’s Rustom or Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro, which movie will win the Box Office race.

Mohenjo Daro and Rustom are two completely different films. While the former is a period drama set in the Indus valley civilization, later is a thriller based on India’s most famous Nanavati case. Rustom is currently high on buzz thanks to the mind blowing trailer. On another hand, Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro’s trailer has been criticised for various reasons. Trade experts also seem to be in favour of Rustom as it is looking more commercially viable movie. Still, we can’t ignore Mohenjo Daro, as Hrithik Roshan and Ashutosh Gowariker have delivered some really good movies in the past. (Akshay Kumar is all set to beat SRK, Salman and Aamir with Rustom)
Rustom vs Mohenjo Daro: Budget
Talking about the budget of the movies, Mohenjo Daro’s budget is almost double of Rustom. While Rustom has been made on a constraint budget of 50 crores, Mohenjo Daro’s production cost is more than 120 crores. (5 reasons to watch Rustom)

Rustom vs Mohenjo Daro: Screen Count
The makers of Rustom were initially planning to have a constraint release. But, after seeing the buzz it has created, the makers are now looking for a wider release. Rustom was released on 2317 screens in India and 550 screens in overseas. Mohenjo Daro, on other hand, was released on 2600 screens. This is a similar kind of clash we saw when Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani were released on same day. Dilwale was released on more numbers of screens compared to Bajirao. However, Bajirao Mastani won the Box Office race pertaining to better reviews. (Can Rustom cross 100 crores?)
