Rishi Kapoor's Last Movie 'The Body' Is On Netflix, Download Now

Rishi Kapoor’s last movie was Emraan Hashmi starrer mystery thriller The Body. Released in December 2019, the movie is available for streaming on Netflix.

The news of Rishi Kapoor passing away has left his fans and Bollywood industry in a state of complete shock. The veteran legendary was fighting with cancer for the last two years. He had returned to India post in September last year post his treatment in the US after almost a year. He was doing good but unfortunately, his health deteriorated and he was admitted to the hospital late Monday night. Earlier today, he passed away at the age of 67.

In a career span of 50 years, Rishi delivered more than 50 super hit films. In his first inning, he mostly played a romantic hero. After a small break, he made a strong comeback. Rishi is one of the few Bollywood actors who had splendid second inning. In his second inning, Rishi Kapoor played characters various characters and emerged as a more matures actor. Some of his best films during this period were Agneepath, Do Duni Chaar, D-Day, Mulk, 102 Not Out etc.

Rishi Kapoor was highly active before he was diagnosed with leukaemia in 2018. After returning from the US, he finished Jeetu Joseph’s The Body co-starring Emraan Hashmi. Released on Dec 2019, it remains Rishi Kapoor’s last movie.

An official remake of the Spanish movie of the same name, The Body had Rishi Kapoor in the role of a cop, who is the investigating officer to solve the mystery surrounding the missing body from a mortuary. As expected, Rishi Kapoor nailed the role but the film tanked at the box office. But, still, it is an interesting watch.
