Rimi Sen got evicted from Bigg Boss 9 yesterday night. She must be happy now that she is finally out of the house.
But there’s another reason for Rimi to be very happy! You already know how she was staying in the house just because of her contract worth Rs 2 Crores. Well, she has not lost it all!
Since she has been evicted through a standard procedure, Rimi will keep the entire amount promised to her! The pact clearly stated that if she leaves the show on her own, she will get only 20% of the amount. But if she gets out through eviction then she will get the whole 2 Crores! Though Bigg Boss gave her many a chance to leave the show, they even left the doors open so that disinterested contestants may leave the house if they like. But Rimi didn’t budge.
And it has all paid off! Rimi Sen will be even richer than whoever wins the show as the prize money is only Rs 39 Lakh! Originally it was 50 Lakhs but was reduced thanks to a task in the show.
I think it’s safe to say “Patience is bitter but it’s fruit is sweet.” 2 Crores are sure sweet!
