Sudhir Mishra directional Serious Men premieres on Netflix at 12:30 pm on October 2. Starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role, the film is based on the novel Serious Men by Manu Joseph. It also stars Aakshath Das, Shweta Basu Prasad, Nasser and Indira Tiwari. Nawaz plays the role of Ayyan Mani, who is a regular middle-class man who wants his son to be famous and rich.

Bahut Hua Sammaan chronicles the story of two engineering students and part-time con men who plan to rob a bank in Varanasi. A series of unfortunate events ruin their plan. The film is a satirical comedy on the struggles of today’s youth. A quirky comedy. stars Sanjay Mishra, Nidhi Singh, Ram Kapoor, Namit Das, Raghav Juyal, and Abhishek Chauhan.
Nishabdam: Amazon Prime Video
Set in the US, Nishabdam is a story of a deaf and mute woman who gets involved in a criminal investigation. It stars Anushka Shetty, R Madhavan, Michael Madsen, Anjali and Subbaraju Shalini. Directed by Hemant Madhukar, Nishabdam premiered on Amazon Prime Video on October 1.
Khaali Peeli: ZEE Plex
Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday starrer ‘Khaali Peeli’ premieres on October 2 on Zee Plex. The film has a pay-per-view release on Zee Plex for Rs 299. It is also available on ZEE5. Directed by Maqbool Khan, Khaali Peeli is a typical Bollywood masala film.
Emily in Paris: Netflix
An American comedy-drama web series premieres on Netflix on Oct 2. Created by Darren Star, the series stars Lily Collins as the titular character, Emily, an American woman from the Midwest, who moves to Paris for a job opportunity and who experiences cultures clash. It also stars Ashley Park, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Camille Razat, and Bruno Gouery.
