Anurag Kashyap and Nawazuddin Siddiqui together is one deadly combo. They have delivered a cult classic like Gangs of Wasseypur and ever since Raman Raghav was announced, I had a gut feeling that we will witness one of the notorious thrillers of all time.
Well, the trailer of Raman Raghav 2.0 was released yesterday and I have just one word to describe it, Hell. Just when you thought that Nawaz is getting entangled to commercial cinema, he comes up with something which will send chills down your spine. Vicky Kaushal with a full beard, dark glasses and chiselled body impresses as a nefarious cop. It’s hard to believe that he is the same actor who played mild engineering student in ‘Masaan’.
A 3-minutes trailer leaves you spellbound as the murder madness takes a whole new level. The story of a psycho killer and a crooked cop seems dirty and chilling. With Anurag Kashyap steering the ship, we are quite assured that Raman Raghav 2.0 will add a new chapter to the list of Bollywood psycho thrillers.

Produced by Phantom, Raman Raghav 2.0 is slated for release on 24 June 2016. The film will be premiere at the 2016 Cannes Directors’ Fortnight on 16 June 2016.
