Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ is winning the hearts of fans across the globe. Released on Dec 17, 2021, the Sukumar directional is on a glorious run at the box office. The movie is receiving tremendous response from the audience not only in South Indian states but in the Hindi belt as well. Since the theatres have started to shut down due to the rising cases of COVID, the makers have released Pushpa on digital platform.

As per reports, Pushpa made its digital debut on Amazon Prime Video on Jan 7, 2022. That’s exactly 3 weeks post the theatrical release on Dec 17, 2021. Amazon Prime Video approached the producers for the early OTT release clause in the agreement signed earlier. The streaming giant is looking to take advantage of the hype the movie has generated in recent days. Reportedly, the makers have agreed to early digital release as the theatres across the country are shutting down.
Allu Arjun Pushpa premiered on Amazon Prime Video on Jan 7, 2022, at 8:00 pm IST. It is available to stream in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The streamer hasn’t revealed the release date for the Hindi version. Amazon Prime Video has received huge viewership as the movie created tremendous hype since its theatrical release.

Pushpa Movie Details
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa depicts the rise of a daily wage worker in the smuggling syndicate of red sanders, a rare wood that grows only in the Seshachalam Hills of Andhra Pradesh. The movie also stars Sunil, Dhananjaya, Ajay Ghosh, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Rao Ramesh in supporting roles.
Pushpa bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, has music by Devi Sri Prasad. Pushpa debuted in theatres on Dec 17, 2021, in Telugu along with dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi languages.
Since its release on Dec 17, 2021, Pushpa has been positing big numbers at the box office. Not just the South film industry, the film is performing exceptionally well at the Hindi box office too. The Hindi version of the movie has crossed the Rs 75 crore mark in India.
