Amrita Rao
Amrita Rao left a big impression when she appeared in Ishq Vishk opposite Shahid Kapoor. They made a great pair and Amrita showed that she is more than a pretty face. Later she appeared in movies like Masti, Main Hoon Na, Vivah, Welcome to Sajjanpur, Love U…Mr. Kalakaar!. Her last appearances were in the year 2013 in Jolly LLB, Singh Saab The Great, Satyagraha and haven’t been seen in ay film since then. She married her RJ boyfriend in the year 2016.
Neha Dhupia
Femina Miss India Universe Neha Dhupia made her debut with Qayamat and then appeared in successful movies like Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Chup Chup Ke, Singh is Kinng, Dasvidaniya. Unfortunately, she did not get roles that could give her a chance to show her talent. Nowadays, she is a part of MTV Roadies where she is one of the gang leaders.
Gayatri Joshi
Gayatri Joshi was one of the final five candidates for Miss India title in the year 1999. She became a household name when she started appearing in music videos and advertisements. Ashutosh Gowarikar cast her as the leading lady in his critically acclaimed movie Swades. Her performance was loved by everyone and she received many awards for the best newcomer in 2005. But Swades was her first and last film even though she showed a lot of mettle for acting. The same year she got married to Vikas Oberoi and has been busy with her married life since then.
Bhumika Chawla
Bhumika started her acting career with Telugu movies and acted in several of Telugu, Tamil films before making her move in Bollywood. Her first Bollywood film was Tere Naam opposite Salman Khan and she went on to receive a lot of awards, accolades for her performance. Later, she worked in Run, Dil Ne Jise Apna Kahaa, Silsilay, Gandhi, My Father among others. In 2007, she got hitched to Bharat Thakur.
Gracy Singh
Gracy Singh is best-known for her portrayal of Gauri in Aamir Khan’s Lagaan. This was her first major role and her performance was appreciated by one and all. She also appeared in Munnabhai M.B.B.S., Santosham, Gangaajal and few other films. Currently, she is playing the role of Santoshi Maa in the television serial Santoshi Maa.
Sonal Chauhan
Sonal Chauhan made a very powerful debut opposite Emraan Hashmi in the movie Jannat. She also made her Telugu and Kannada debut in the meantime. While she is still doing films in South Indian film industry, she only did a handful of movies in Bollywood.
Mahima Chaudhry
Mahima appeared in Indian film industry with the movie Pardes and won many awards for her performance in it. Her other prominent roles were Daag: The Fire, Dhadkan, Lajja, Dil Hai Tumhara, etc. She got married in the year 2006 and recently made her comeback with the movie Dark Chocolate but the movie did not do so well.
Ameesha Patel
Ameesha Patel is best known for her debut film Kaho Naa…Pyaar Hai and later for her performance in Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. She also gave powerful performances in movies like Humraaz, Ankahee, Bhool Bhulaiyaa. She had been trying to make a comeback but so far she had been very successful in doing so.
