If the rumors are to be believed, then Priyanka Chopra and Sushant Singh Rajput will be seen romancing with each other in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next love saga, Gustaakhiyaan. It was reported that Priyanka had agreed to be a part of the project long ago. The makers were in a search of a good male lead who can complement well with Priyanka.
According to Deccan Chronicle, Sushant and Priyanka have been finalised for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s production film to be directed by Ashi Dua.
Gustaakhiyaan is reportedly based on the life of legendary poet, Sahir Ludhianvi, which will be played by Sushant. On the other hand, Priyanka plays his love interest, Amrita Pritam.
Currently, Priyanka and Sushant are busy with their respective projects. Priyanka is busy with his movies Bajirao Mastani, which also stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. The actress is also quite busy with American TV series “Quantico“.
Sushant, on the other hand, is currently shooting for MS Dhoni biopic. The talented actor has also been signed for Mohit Suri’s ‘Half Girlfriend‘, based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name.
