Prem Ratan Dhan Payo 14th Day Collection | 2nd Wednesday Box Office Report

Salman Khan’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has finally made entry into the 200 crore club of Bollywood. The movie collected 2.9 crores on its 2nd Wednesday to become the third 200 crores grosser for Salman Khan after Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Kick. With 201.52 crores, PRDP is now the ninth 200 crore grosser of Bollywood. Salman Khan has now delivered three consecutive 200 crores grosser, a unique record by a Bollywood actor.

With 201.52 crores in its kitty, PRDP is now the 9th highest grosser of Bollywood. The movie will now look to beat the lifetime collection of 3 Idiots (202.5 crores) and Happy New Year (204 crores).

PRDP has slowed down after a grand opening weekend. The movie was expected to cross 200 crores in 10 days, but that didn’t happen. Even though PRDP has recovered its budget of 115 crores and has been declared a clean hit still the movie has underperformed at the Box Office. PRDP is an average performer at the Box Office considering the performance of Salman’s last two release – Kick and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

The real struggle for PRDP will start from today as new release Tamasha will take most of the screens in metros and multiplexes. PRDP may end up its Box Office journey with the lifetime collection of 208 to 210 crore.
