The rumors of anime and manga franchises getting a movie adaptation are not new. This time Berserk, the dark franchise created by Kentaro Miura, has become the victim of these rumors. It’s been a few days, a rumor has been circulating on social that Berserk, the dark franchise, will get a live-action movie adaptation on Netflix. While this comes as big news for Berserk fans, it is one hundred percent fake. We should make it clear that Netflix is not producing a live-action Berserk movie.

The rumors began when an Instagram user Guts CG shared a wondrous image which many believed was a poster for an upcoming Berserk short film to arrive on Netflix later this year. We know that Berserk fans are excited about the anime return on small screens, they’ll definitely have to wait a bit longer.
