Manifest is an American supernatural drama series that airs on NBC in the United States, Sky One in the UK, and Amazon Prime in India. After the successful run of the first season and great reviews attained by critics and viewers, NBC added three more additional episodes in the first season making the first season comprising 16 episodes. Later this supernatural drama series was renewed for a second season which was telecasted in early 2020. On June 15, 2020, Manifest was renewed for a third season by NBC. Manifest Plot & Storyline: What will happen in Season 3?

Manifest is an American supernatural drama series based on the disappearance of Montego Airlines flight 828 from Jamaica to New York. The flight went missing as soon it took off from Jamaica. When they land, the passengers and crew learn from NSA director Robert Vance that over five and a half years have passed while they were in the air, during which time they were presumed dead.

As they try to adjust themselves into present-day society, the passengers begin to realize that things have changed a lot, their lives—and loved ones—are not the same as they were before. They also started to experience guiding voices and visions representing events yet to occur.

In the upcoming season, more details would be revealed about the suspicious disappearance of Flight 828. The suspense of Zeke Langdon (Matt Long) surviving his death date would also be revealed. The showrunner Jeff Rake has revealed to TV Line there will be even more passengers showing up in season three with their own story.

Who will be in the third season of Manifest?

The main characters are expected to reprise their roles in the upcoming season. It means Josh Dallas will be back as Ben Stone while Melissa Roxburgh will be returning as his sister Michaela Stone. Matt Long as Zeke Langdon, Athena Karkanis as Grace Stone, and J. R. Ramirez as Jared Vasquez would also make a return. We can expect some new additions to the cast. NBC hasn’t announced anything related to episode count. Season 1 had 16 episodes while the second season had 13 episodes. Looking at the previous seasons we can expect the third season to have 13 to 16 episodes.

Manifest Season 3 Release date

The upcoming season will premiere on Apr 1, 2021, on NBC in the US. In India, it will premiere on the same day with a new episode on weekly basis. In the UK, season two arrived after the finale had wrapped up in the US, so we’d expect it to arrive on Sky One in July or Aug 2021. We may have to wait longer.
