‘Kantara’ is the latest Kannada movie that is following a distributed OTT release strategy. Earlier, Rakshit Shetty’s ‘777 Charlie’s Kannada version and other language versions were released on two different OTT platforms. Kiccha Sudeep’s ‘Vikrant Rona’s Kannada version and other languages’ versions were released on two different platforms.

It involves the culture of Kambla and Bhootha Kola. A human and nature conflict where Shiva is the rebel who works against nature. A loop leads to war between villagers and evil forces.
