Jazbaa Starcast : Producer Sanjay Gupta has roped in Aishwarya Rai opposite John Abraham for his next thriller titled Jazbaa. Irrfan will also play an important role in the movie.
Bollywood’s macho hunk John Abraham will be paired with Bachchan Bahu Aishwaraya Rai. The actors will come together for action film-maker Sanjay Gupta’s next Jazbaa. This movie will mark Aishwarya’s comeback since she has been away from the silver-screen for four years post the birth of her daughter Aaradhya.
Reportedly, Aishwarya will play the role of a lawyer. Rai was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish opposite Hrithik Roshan. John will play the role of gangster for the second time. First time he played the role of gangster Manya Surve in Sanjay Gupta’s Shootout at Wadala and this time he will play gangster Abu Salem. Also, intense actor, Irrfan Khan will also be seen in the movie playing a suspected cop.
John and Sanjay Gupta share a very good friendship and have worked earlier in Zindaa and Shootout at Wadala. However, Sanjay will be working with Aishwarya for the first time. John too shares a very close friendship with Aishwarya’s husband Abhishekh Bachchan, with whom he has worked together in super hits like Dhoom and Dostana.
The director and star cast confirm the news. John says, “I think Aishwarya and I will make a good couple. It’s a great script, Sriram is a good director and I am extremely excited about it.”
Aishwarya also confirms, Yes, and Mani’s film as well. The choices are about working with these film-makers and on those subjects, because I find them exciting. I’m not giving in to the pressure and expectation of questions about what my comeback film will be”
Director Sanjay Gupta too tweeted about it, “Yes guys it’s true. Aishwarya will play the dynamic female lead in my action thriller Jazbaa”
Jazbaa starcast looks very interesting and another film on underworld is awaited. The film will be directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Sanjay Gupta. It will go on floors in January 2015.
