The expectations were huge from this rom-com but it has disappointed big time. After an average opening weekend with the collection of 45.75 crores, the movie saw a huge drop n Monday despite Rakshbandhan holiday. As per early estimates, Jab Harry Met Sejal 4th day collection is around 7 crores.

A drop of 55% on Monday and that too with Rakshabandan holiday signifies that the movie has been totally rejected. Jab Harry Met Sejal is on the verge to become of the biggest flops of the year. While everyone was predicting it to cross at least 150 crores, the movie is now struggling to enter 100 crore club. With just 7 crores coming on a partial holiday, the movie is all set to crash to day. It may not be able to cross 5 crores today.
Jab Harry Met Sejal 4th Day Collection: Way Ahead
With the collection of 7 crores on Monday, the total collection of JHMS after four days stands at 52.75 crores. In the best case, the first week collection will be around 65 crores. From next week, the movie will continue to struggle as Akshay Kumar’s ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ will take a huge chunk of screens.
With the current trend, it seems that the movie will find it difficult to even cross 90 crores at the domestic box office. Made on a budget of 8 crores, the movie needs to earn 140 crores to be in a safe zone which is a distant dream now.
Shah Rukh Khan is going through the worst phase of his career and the debacle of JHMS has only worsened the situation. He hasn’t signed any other film except Anand L Rai’s next which is slated for release on Christmas 2018. It’s high for Shah Rukh to come up with some good movies as his contemporaries, Aamir, Salman and Akshay are having a great time at the box office.
