Kareena Kapoor Khan is the one who has replaced Priyanka Chopra in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next production Gustakhiyan.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next production project is titled Gustakhiyan. While the lead actor has been zeroed in on Irrfan Khan, many names came up for the part of the leading lady from Deepika Padukone to Priyanka Chopra. Now we hear that Kareena Kapoor Khan is the actress who has replaced Priyanka Chopra in the movie.
Apparently, Deepika is not too keen on the role and Priyanka has not said a firm ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to Bhansali. So, he decided to approach Kareena for the role and initiate talks with her. What’s more exciting is that Kareena seems to be very excited for the role!
‘Gustakhiyan’ will be based on the relationship shared by poet Sahir Ludhianvi and poetess Amrita Pritam. The movie is expected to go on floors in the second half of this year and it will be directed by Jasmeet Dodhi, the same director who directed one segments of Dus Kahaniya. Kareena Kapoor Khan will next be seen in Udta Punjab alongside Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh.
