Zero 8th day Collection: With the release of Simmba, Shahrukh Khan’s Zero witnessed a huge drop on its second Friday.

Shahrukh Khan’s latest Zero is having a tough time at the box office. Struggling at the box office from the first day itself, Shahrukh Khan’s film is now finding it difficult to even touch 100 crore mark. As per the latest reports coming, Zero 8th day collection is just 1 crore. The total collection of Zero after eight days stands at 90.57 crores.

Zero: Box office journey so far

Released with huge expectations, Zero got off to an average opening, earning just 20.14 crores on its first Friday. The box office fate of the movie was written on the second day itself when it recorded a drop in the collections. It earned 18.22 crores on its second day. On Sunday, the movie saw some growth and earned 20.71 crores.

Due to the Christmas holidays, it somehow manages to remain afloat at the box office in the first week. The second week has started on a pathetic note as it manages to earn just 1 crore on its second Friday. This pretty much tells the story.

One of the biggest flops of the year

Zero is now finding it difficult to reach 100 crore mark. This is a huge setback for Shahrukh Khan as the expectations from the film were huge. Trade experts were expecting it to emerge as one of the biggest films of Shahrukh Khan in terms of box office numbers.

Zero is one of the biggest flops of the year along with films like Thugs of Hindostan and Namstey England. It movie will wrap up its box office journey by the end of the second week.

Failure of Zero is a big setback for Shahrukh Khan. He is going through a really bad phase of his career. From Dilwale released on Christmas 2015 to Zero released on Christmas 2018, no Shahrukh Khan film manages to get a super hit tag at the box office. Films like Fan, Zero and Jab Harry Met Sejal are big flops.
