Ghayal Once Again 1st Day Collection – Sunny Deol’s Ghayal Once Again had a low opening day with the collection of 7.2 crores.
As predicted by us, Sunny Deol’s Ghayal Once Again is off to a slow start at the domestic Box Office. The movie opened to a low occupancy in the morning shows and hasn’t been able to pick in the evening and late night shows. As per the trade reports, Ghayal Once Again 1st day collection is around 7.2 crores.
The movie performed well in small and mass centers but the major cities remained poor. The movie opened to an average occupancy of around 35% in the mass centers but in multiplexes and metros like New Delhi, Gurgaon, Jaipur, the average occupancy in the morning shows was as low as 10%.
Released on around 2500 screens across the country, the movie has received negative reviews from the critics. The WOM by the general audience is also mixed which is a clear indication that the movie will struggle on coming days.
The 1st day collection of Ghayal Once Again may is higher than Sunny’s last release, Singh Saab The Great (5.5 crores) but low than his last hit Yamla Pagla Deewana (7.75 crores).
It would be interesting to see, how the movie performs on coming days. The movie needs to show good growth on weekdays in order to make any chance to recover its budget (40 crores).
