Expectations from PK : Sweet, funny and feel good movie

What are your expectations from PK, this is possibly the question that every Bollywood lover is asking these days. With PK ready for release this Friday, Rajkumar Hirani is all set to recreate magic which he has created earlier in Munna bhai series and 3 Idiots.

PK is undoubtedly the most anticipated movie of the year. The movie is creating a huge buzz ever since its announcement. The expectations from PK are huge and it should be as it is coming from Rajkumar Hirani and Aamir Khan who has already delivered one of the most lovable movie of all time – 3 Idiots.

While the story, plot and other character details of the movie are kept under wrap, it is the promotional package that really has raised the curiosity level of the audience. The first poster of the movie showed Aamir Khan without any clothes but just carrying a transistor was a big hit and has raised some eyebrows as well. The subsequent posters, songs and teasers which showed different avatars of Aamir Khan in the movie are also loved by the audience.

Rajkumar Hirani is known for making high-class entertaining movie with social messages. His movies are loved by all categories of people be it the classes or the masses. Here are the three things which you should expect from PK like Hirani’s previous movies.

Expectations from PK

1) Unusual names which you wouldn’t have even heard of like Circuit,  Phunsukh Wangdu, Ranchoddas Shamaldas Chanchad.

2) One dialogue repeatedly throughout the movie which will surely make you smile like Jaadu Ki Jhappi, Gandhigiri and All is Well.

3) Aamir Khan spreading some good message for the society which would be the theme of the movie.

Taking about the Box Office expectations from PK, the movie has already recovered its production cost of 85 crores from satellite rights. Considering the hype and buzz surrounding the movie, we can expect a superb response on ticket window. Although, it would be difficult for PK to challenge the opening day collections of Happy New Year and Dhoom 3, the movie should easily cross 200 crores at Box Office. PK could prove a Lambi Race Ka Ghoda and beats Dhoom 3 lifetime collection if it is close to the level of Hirani’s previous hits.

I am eagerly waiting for the release of PK not just because I am a big Bollywood fan but I genuinely believe that Rajkumar Hirani is the best director of Bollywood whose movies brings tears in our eyes and smiles on our face. He seems a director who makes movies with his heart.
