The key visual for Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 12 was shared by the franchise’s official Twitter account. It shows a close-up of Tanjiro Kamado’s sweaty face. This clearly indicates that some major action sequences will be part of the next episode.

The title for the next episode 12 is Dohade ni Ikuze! Translated as Things Are Gonna Get Real Flashy! Demon Slayer Manga fans may already know that the next episode is an adaptation of chapter 79.

Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 12 will release on Sunday, Jan 2, 2022. It is at the same time the fifth episode in the Entertainment District arc. The upcoming episode will air 15 minutes later than its usual release time. Episode 12 titled ‘Things Are Gonna Get Real Flashy!’ will air in Japan on Sunday, Jan 2, 2022, at 11:30 PM JST. 

Fans outside Japan can enjoy the new episodes on Crunchyroll and Funimation. Episode 12 will be available on Crunchyroll on Jan 2, 2022, at 8:00 AM PDT.
