Deepika Padukone is all over the B-town these days for various reasons and yet here comes one more nail to the coffin. Amole Gupte has finalised Deepika Padukone to play the role of Saina Nehwal for his upcoming film based on the ace Indian Badminton player. There has been a number of biopics in the past and various current projects are also flourishing in Bollywood. With all these movies lined up for this year and one more addition from Amole Gupte casting Deepika Padukone has made this the Year of Biopic. Now, since its final and in writing as per Saina’s post on Twitter, we really are excited to see Deepika playing this role. I believe Deepika is the best to play this role taking into account her roots are deep into Badminton. As a teenager, she played badminton in national level championships and she is the daughter of the famous Badminton player Prakash Padukone, not to mention.

As reported, Amole Gupte said, “This film is going to trace Saina’s pulsating journey on her way to the top of the sports pyramid.” and that this will be quite a different pertaining to Saina, the “tigress beti”

Saina Nehwal is at present ranking at No. 2 in the world and seems quite excited about her biopic as she regularly tweets and post about the film. We wait with throttle full of excitement for this film when we see the blood meets blood of and for Badminton.
