Chennai Floods have created havoc, leaving many lifeless and homeless. Many people have been coming forward to help in such a time of need.
One of the helping hands in Chennai flood is Shahrukh Khan. His production house Red Chillies Entertainment and Team Dilwale have made a donation of Rs. 1 crore towards the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund of Tamil Nadu. A letter addressed to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu confirms the news. The letter also expressed his concern about the flood-affected areas of the state.

Many others have also done their bit. Rajinikanth has contributed Rs 10 lakhs while Suriya has donated Rs 25 lakhs. Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu contributed Rs 25 lakhs and Rs 10 respectively. Rana Daggubati has launched a campaign called ‘Mana Madras Kosam’ to help the flood victims.
