The third song from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is out now. Titled as Channa Mereya, this song is all about heartbreak and ‘Ektarfa Pyaar’.
Channa Mereya is Karan Johar’s favorite song from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil soundtrack and now we can see why. Sung by Arijit Singh, composed by Pritam, the lyrics of the song have been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Channa Mereya is all about one-sided love, the pain that comes with it when you have to see your loved one going away from you. You want them to be happy but the pain is too much. Ranbir Kapoor says it all in the video, his eyes speak volumes about what his character Ayan is going through as he sees Alizeh getting married. What caught our attention the most were Ranbir Kapoor’s mehendi clad hands, he must have started a whole new trend unknowingly!
Written, directed and produced by KJo, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is a story about unrequited love. The journey of three characters – Ayan (Ranbir Kapoor), Alizeh (Anushka Sharma) and Saba (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan). The movie is scheduled to release on 25th October.
