Brothers Fifth Day Collection: Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra’s Brothers registered a big drop on first Tuesday as well.
Poor weekdays for Brothers continues as the movie saw further drop in collections on Tuesday. After registering a decent weekend with the collection of 52.08 crores, the movie saw a big drop on Monday and collected only 6.23 crores. On its fifth day, the movie drops further and collected around 5.5 crores as per early estimates. At the end of its fifth day, Brothers stands at the total collection of 64 crores which is quite low for a movie with big star cast and big budget.

Third Day: 15.45 Crores
First Weekend: 52.08 Crores
Fourth Day: 6.23 Crores
Brothers Fifth Day Collection: 5.1 Crores
Once again, Akshay Kumar starer fails to capitalize on the good start. The movie hasn’t been received well by critics and audience. The hype and buzz surrounding the movie was great before its release and it was expected to do wonders at Box Office but it is let down by the fact that the audience isn’t really able to connect with it.
Brothers is expected to close the first week with the Box Office collection of around 72 crores. The movie may incur losses to it makers as the budget is on the higher side. Considering the current pace, the movie is expected to wrap up its lifetime collection well within 100 crores. Another average hit for Akshay Kumar is on the cards.
