Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay is slowly and steadily heading towards 100 crore club of Bollywood. The movie is holding on the lower levels for the last two days. After a good opening week with the collection of 70.41 crores, the movie managed to sustain well in the second weekend and earned 17.09 crores. However, after the second weekend, the movie witnessed more than usual drop.
Shivaay 14th Day Collection: Second Wednesday Box Office Report
For the last two days, both Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil have been affected by ban on Rs 1000 and Rs 500 notes. On its 14th day, Shivaay managed to earn only 1.6 crores. The movie saw a small jump compared to the second Wednesday when it managed to earn only 1.35 crores.
At the end of the second week, Shivaay now stands at the total collection of around 94.5 crores. With the collection of 94.5 crores, Shivaay now becomes the sixth highest grossing movie for Ajay Devgn. It has beaten the lifetime collection of Rajneeti (93 crores). The movie is expected to enter the 100 crore club by the end of the third weekend.
Shivaay 14th Day Collection: Way Ahead
Shivaay will be Ajay Devgn’s sixth 100 crore movie after Son Of Sardaar, Singham, Singham Returns, Bol Bachchan and Golmaal 3. Shivaay is a big budget film. It will cross 100 crores but despite that it may turn out to be a flop at the Box Office. Shivaay needs 115+ crores to be in a safe zone which is looking a tough task considering the current pace.
