2016 hasn’t been a good year for Bollywood so far. Out of the 20 movies released this year, 90% bombed at the Box Office. Moreover, the content served hasn’t been worth watching expect Wazir and Airlift.
This week also we have four more releases – Neerja, Ishq Forever, Rhythm and LoveShudda set to hit the theaters but the expectations are low. Out of these four releases, only Sonam Kapoor’s Neerja has created decent buzz thanks to the subject and top-notch promotion by Sonam herself. The movie has been loved by everyone who has attended the special screening. Neerja seems to be Sonam Kapoor’s best performance to date.
Talking about the Box Office prediction, the movie will get a decent start in multiplexes. We are expecting the movie to recover its low budget easily and turned out to be a profitable venture for the makers.
Girish Kumar and Navneet Singh Dhillon starrer LoveShudda will get a decent number of screens but our expectations are low as the movie is low on hype and buzz. The remaining two releases of the week, Ishq Forever and Rhythm will find it difficult to get an all-India release.
