Collections For First Weekend : Mickey Virus,Ishk Actually & Sooper Se Ooper
The Weekend Starting October 25th witnessed as much as seven releases. However none of the movies was able to perform good at box office. Things were almost what we predicted for each of these movies.
Mickey Virus was the biggest of all the movies and was able to collect 4.75 Crores in the opening weekend. However, it does not have the bandwidth to collect its making cost i.e 11 Crores(inclusive all marketing and promotional costings) due to Krrish 3’s release on November 1st.
Lets have a look at its Collections.
Mickey Virus Collections : 1st Weekend
- Day 1 : 1.35 Crores
- Day 2 : 1.60 Crores
- Day 3 : 1.80 Crores
- Total : 4.75 Crores
Mickey Virus is moving towards a lifetime collection of 6-7 Crores as expected by us.
Ishk Actually was much the same as we predicted. The first weekend fetched Ishk Actually around 2 Crores and keeping in mind how horrible the movie was, I guess it collected more than what it should had.
Ishk Actually Collections : 1st Weekend
- Day 1 : 70 Lakhs
- Day 2 : 90 Lakhs
- Day 3 : 90 Lakhs
- Total : 2.5 Crores
Ishk Actually is however going horribly low and weekdays are bad.
Sooper Se Ooper was a better movie, however when it came to box office due to lack of promotions and all, it earned much less but as per expectations.
We only have First day figures of Sooper Se Ooper – Day 1: 35 Lakhs.
