Here is the exclusive theatrical trailer of Akshay Kumar upcoming action flick Boss. Boss as depicted from trailer seems a action comedy much like Salman Khan’s blockbusters like Wanted and Dabanng. This is the second time Akshay Kumar is working with director Anthony D’Souza after Blue(2009) which was a Box office disaster. Boss is speculated to be based on 2010 Malayalam Blockbuster Pokkiri Raja.
Star cast of Boss
Akshay Kumar will be seen playing a title role of kind hear-ted haryanvi gangster in the movie. Boss which was earlier titled Naam Hai Boss also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Mithun Chakraborty, Ronit Roy, Shiv Pandit , Johny Lever and Danny Denzongpa in important roles. Mithun Chakrraborty will be playing Akshay’s father for the second time after Chandni Chowk to China. Ronit Roy will play ruthless and harsh police officer.
Sonakshi Sinha and Prabhu Deva will also be seen in special appearance for the song Saari Raat Party.While the songs are penned by the jodi of Farhan-Sajid, music department is lead by Meet Brothers, Chirantan Bhatt and Yo Yo Honey Singh.
Directed by Anthony D’Souza under the production of Good Films & Ashwin Varde Productions movie is slated for 16th Oct 2013 release.
