MX Player’s popular crime drama series ‘Bhaukaal’ debuted in 2020. Based on real-life events, the intense crime drama web series garnered a positive response from viewers and critics. Starring Mohit Raina in the lead, Bhaukaal is one of the best Hindi crime drama web series out there. There is good news for fans who have been waiting for the second season. The trailer of Bhaukaal 2 is out and it seems that Mohit Raina (Navneet Sekera) will dwell deep into the crime nexus in Muzzafarnagar.
For the uninitiated, Mohit Raina’s character is based on IPS officer Navneet Sekera, who was responsible for eradicating crime cartels in Uttar Pradesh in the early 2000s. In the first season, IPS officer Naveen Sikhera takes on two infamous gangs of the city, the Shaukeen gang and the Dedha Brothers. He makes his own way to clean the city which has been dominated by these two gangs for years. The first season ended on a cliffhanger and it seems that the second season will see the end of these two gangs.
Bhaukaal Season 2 Release Date
Recently, the makers of the show unveiled the trailer. Along with the trailer, the makers also announced the release date for the second season. Lead star Mohit Raina shared the trailer on his Twitter profile. He tweeted, “SSP Sikhera Aur Dedha Bhaiyaon Ki Takar Se Phir Machega Bhaukaal Muzaffarnagar Mein.”

Mohit Raina plays the lead role in the show as SSP Naveen Sikhera IPS. Abhimanyu Singh as Shakeen plays the leader of the Shaukeen gang. Siddhanth Kapoor (Chintu Dedha) plays the hancho of the Dedha gang. Ajay Singh Chaudhary and Bidita Bag(Nazneen) also have an important role in the crime drama series.
