Sharukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment unveils the official trailer of ‘Betaal’, a Netflix Originals series. It’s a fictional horror-thriller web series set up in a spooky village. The story revolves around a battle between modern-day police officials and a centuries-old British Indian Army officer who were turned into zombies.

The horror series stars Vineet Kumar, Aahana Kumra, Suchitra Pillai, Jitendra Joshi, Manjiri Pupala, and Syna Anand in pivotal roles. Interestingly, the director of Netflix Original series ‘Ghoul’ takes the showrunner seat for Betaal too.

‘Ghoul’ was Peter Graham’s horror-mini series that became an instant hit when it first released in 2018. In an interview, Graham once mentioned that he had been waiting to direct an action-packed horror series ever since ‘Ghoul’ wrapped up. Talking about ‘Betaal’, Graham said, ‘I hope there is enough horror, suspense, shocks and, above all, strong characters to keep the audience hooked right up until the very end. You can expect some blood, some guts, and a lot of drama and emotion that should provide an exciting binge-session for everyone at home.’
