Talking about the fifth-day collection, Badrinath Ki Dulhania dropped by just 40% compared to Friday. The movie earned 7.15 crores on its first Tuesday to take its five days total collection to 62.28 crores. Made on a budget of 55 crores, the movie is in a safe zone in just five days of its release. It will be Varun Dhawan’s third 100 crore movie in India after Dilwale and ABCD 2. BKD is Varun Dhawan’s 8th consecutive hit movie since his debut in Student Of The Year.

If continues to remain strong, the movie has a chance to even challenge the lifetime collection of Raees (138 crores) to become the highest grossing movie of 2017.
