In October 2021, Sajid Nadiadwala locked a deal with Amazon Prime Video for 5 movies. The streaming giant acquires the streaming rights of Heropanti 2, Bachchan Pandey, Kick 2, and two more movies for Rs 250 crores.
Since Bachchan Pandey is a part of the deal, the Akshay Kumar starrer will make its digital debut on Amazon Prime Video.

Bachchan Pandey will make its OTT debut on Amazon Prime Video after 28 days of its theatrical release i.e. on April 15, 2022. Amazon Prime Video’s official account tweeted the news.

As per letsOTTglobal, the producers have re-negotiated the release with Amazon Prime for a 4-week for Rs 80 Crore. Initially, it was six weeks.
