Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 Release Date

Attack on Titan is returning for Part 2 of the fourth and final season in January 2021. Here’s everything you need to know.

Some good news for all AOT fans out there. The anime series is returning for its final set of episodes in January 2022. Attack on Titan is a hugely popular anime series based on a Japanese manga of the same name. It started airing in Japan in April 2013, and since then, it has become a cult classic in the anime industry. Not only in Japan, but the anime series has also garnered millions of fans worldwide over the years.

AOT has a huge fanbase worldwide. The fans were left disappointed when the manga ended in June with Chapter 139’s release. However, they are now eagerly waiting for the anime series to return on TV screens.

AOT Season 4 Part 2 to release in Jan 2022

The fourth season of AOT started airing in December 2020. Episode 16 of the fourth season aired on March 29, 2021. At the end of the first part, it was confirmed that a second part of the season would be coming in 2022. The official website for Attack on Titan confirmed that Part 2 of the final season would start in January 2022. It was also reported that an OAD episode that focuses on the perspectives of different characters will be broadcast in Japan, before the premiere of AOT season 4 part 2.

We still don’t have a precise release date for the release of episode 17 (episode 76 of the series) of the fourth season. It’s possible that MAPPA, the studio behind season 5, would release another trailer to announce an exact release date.

The ending of Attack on Titan’s original manga released earlier this year wasn’t well-received by fans. In fact, manga writer Hajime Isayama added some extra pages but still the fans were hoping for more. Now, it would be interesting to see how Studio MAPPA brings an end to the anime which has been ruling the industry for eight years.
