In the video song Chitta Ve, Rockstar Tommy Singh takes you on a trip. Composed by Amit Trivedi, sung by Babu Haabi, Shahid Mallya and Bhanu Prtap with quite unusual lyrics by Shellee. Shahid Kapoor as Tommy Singh is so high on energy that he is a treat to watch.
Udta Punjab features Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles. Directed by Abhishek Choubey, the movie deals with the rampant problem of drug addiction among Punjab’s youth. Shahid Kapoor plays a rockstar Tommy Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan plays a doctor, Alia Bhatt essays the role of a Bihari migrant who was a one-time hockey player forced to work in the fields after her father’s death in Punjab and Diljit Dosanjh plays a cop. The movie will hit the screens on 17 June.
