Dharma Productions have got a really impressive promotional strategy for each of its movies. With Ae Dil Hai Mushkil being the latest movie slated to release, they have decided that Dear Zindagi Trailer will be out on 25th October attached with it.
Gauri Shinde’s second directional venture Dear Zindagi features Alia Bhatt in the lead role with Shah Rukh Khan doing an important cameo. Angad Bedi, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Zafar and Kunal Kapoor will also be seen in the movie. The movie has already gained a lot of attention given the ensemble cast and that is one of the reasons why the makers are not to keen on starting the promotions too soon.
Dharma Productions have decided to start the promotions only 30 days before the release of the movie. They applied the same strategy with Kapoor & Sons and the movie did quite well at the box-office. Given Gauri’s reputation as a director and Alia’s fan-following, we think this risk is worth taking.
While Dear Zindagi trailer will be attached with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and it will come out on 25th October, the trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees will also be attached with Dear Zindagi. Dear Zindagi is slated to release on 25th November, 2016.
