Shaandaar turned out to be one of the biggest disasters of this year. The failure of the movie has shocked everyone associated with it be it the director Vikas Bahl, Shahid Kapoor or Alia Bhatt. No one would have thought that one of the hottest movies of the year will find it difficult to even sustain at the Box Office.
Alia Bhatt who has delivered four back to back hits before Shaandaar accepted that the failure of the movie comes as a big disappointment for her.
Asked if she was disappointed with the performance of the film, Alia said “Of course, there is disappointment. It’s a first for me. I’ll take this in my stride and move on.”
