Akshay Kumar is a superstar. The actor has emerged as one of the most bankable stars of Bollywood in the last couple of years. His latest movie, Rustom has emerged as a big hit at Box Office with the total collection of 68.23 crores in just four days. During a recent media interaction, held to celebrate the success of Rustom, Akshay revealed some interesting details about his character in his upcoming film Jolly LLB 2 in which he will play a lawyer.
When asked about how his character in Jolly LLB is different from Rustom, the actor explained, “I did not play a lawyer in Rustom. My character was not saying words like sustain or other heavy duty terms that a lawyer uses.”
The actor further added, “He further added, “I played a naval officer fighting his own case. But in Jolly LLB 2, I play a completely different character. It will have a comic touch however that would be a subtle one.”
Jolly LLB 2 is a sequel to Jolly LLB. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the movie also stars Huma Qureshi, Elli Avram, Annu Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla. The movie is slated for release on 10th February 2017.
After Jolly LLB 2, Akshay Kumar will be seen in Robot 2 (In Sep 2017) and Crack (Independence day 2017).
