Akira 2nd Week Box Office Collection: Sonakshi Sinha’s Akira managed to earn around 2.5 crores in its second week.
The Box Office fate of Akira was written on the first Tuesday itself when the movie bombed at the Box Office collecting mere 2.4 crores. After a below average opening week with the collection of 26.39 crores, Sonakshi Sinha’s Akira didn’t even manage to cross 5 crores in the second week. As per the trade estimates, the movie has a terrible second week with the collection of around 2.5 crores.

With the collection of 2.5 crores in the second week, Akira stands at a total collection of 28.89 crores. With no chances of revival and two news releases this week, Akira seems to have wrapped up its Box Office journey. Even with a low budget of 30 crores, the movie failed at the Box Office.
The biggest relief for the makers is that the movie recovered around 50% of its budget through satellite and music rights. Akira required just 35 crores to be an average grosser but it even failed to cross that mark. Below is the Box Office analysis of Akira.
