Akshay Kumar’s Airlift has beaten the lifetime collection of Salman Khan’s Jai Ho to become the 2nd highest January grosser of all time.

Akshay Kumar’s ‘Airlift’ is still holding well at the domestic Box Office despite the release of Ghayal Once Again and Sanam Teri Kasam this week. With the total collection of 114.32 crores in 15 days, ‘Airlift’ has now beaten the lifetime collection of Salman Khan’s Jai Ho, which collected 111 crores at the domestic Box Office.

Airlift‘ is now the 3rd highest grosser for Akshay Kumar beating the lifetime collection of Holiday (113 crores). The movie is well on its way to beat Housefull 2 (116 crores) and become the second highest grosser for the actor. However, ‘Airlift’ will find it difficult to beat Rowdy Rathore (134 crores) which is currently the highest grosser for Akshay Kumar.

‘Airlift’ is now also the second highest January grosser of all time. The movie has beaten the lifetime collection of Jai Ho (111 crores) and Race 2 (102 crores) to achive this feat.
