What will be the plot of Aggretsuko Season 5?
The comedy animated series follows Retsuko, a 25-year-old anthropomorphic red panda, working in a Japanese trading company, love is life to the fullest dealing with the problems young people face, both professional and romantic. To deal with her frustrations and stress, Retsuko turns to karaoke.
Over the past four seasons, we see Retsuko deal with several issues and come out stronger. While the first three seasons focussed more on Retsuko, in Season 4 the creators put more focus on her associates at the office, each with their own unique set of problems.
Throughout the fourth season, the relationship between Retsuko and Haida gets worse. However, by the end of the previous season, we see Haida is more confident about himself when he joins Retsuko for a date.

“The ‘Aggretsuko’ series depicts the daily life of officer worker Retsuko, who copes with her frustrations with her boss, co-workers and the world by belting out death metal. There, he encounters Shikabane, someone who seems to have given up on everything. Retsuko decides to live with Haida to save him. Then, a suspicious man who says he is member of the Diet comes to recruit Retsuko…”
