Following the line of Salman Khan and Varun Dhawan, Greek God Hrithik Roshan signs a huge Satellite Rights deal.
If you don’t know what this exactly means, let me tell you that Satellite Rights is the legal permission given by the producer of a film to a Television channel to show or broadcast a particular movie on TV. It might be for a limited time period or for lifetime. So after Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Varun Dhawan signed their respective deals, now Hrithik Roshan signs a huge Satellite Rights deal.
If the reports are to be believed, Hrithik Roshan has signed a satellite deal with Star TV Network for his next six films. This deal will start Sanjay Gupta’s with Kaabil. Apparently, Kaabil has been picked up for Rs 45 crore and the price for the rest of the movies is likely to be in the same range, summing up to a total of around 300 crores!
If this indeed is true, then Hrithik will be adding a whole lot of money into his bank account irrespective of how his movies perform at the box office. We have reasons to believe that Salman Khan’s Satellite Deal with Star is supposed to be in the range of 1000 crore while Ajay Devgn has signed a 400 crore deal with Star Network for his upcoming films till 2018.
