1) Miss World 2000
At the age of 17, Priyanka Chopra became Miss World 2000. She was the second consecutive winner from our country and is the fifth Indian Miss World. After winning the title, She received many offers from big directors and thereafter started her film career.
She said in an Interview, “I believe destiny and hard work go hand in hand. I was studying to be an engineer when my mom and my brother sent my pictures for the Miss India contest. I didn’t even know about it. If that isn’t destiny, what is? “
2) Blockbuster Movies
She starred in many Bollywood Blockbuster movies which include Krrish, Don, Fashion, Kaminey, Barfi, and Bajirao Mastani which were critically acclaimed and did great at the Box-Office. ‘Fashion’ was the turning point in her career where she played the role of a supermodel. Directed by Omung Kumar, Mary Kom stars Priyanka Chopra as a Boxer for which she went through a rigorous workout. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival 2014, becoming the first Hindi film to be screened there. Mary Kom received many accolades at the Awards Ceremony in India.
5) American Tv series ‘Quantico’
