Tamasha is releasing tomorrow, and we can’t wait to watch the movie. Don’t you feel the same? If you are still confused whether to go for it or not, here’s five reasons why you need to watch Tamasha this weekend, just to help you decide!
1. The ‘ex’ factor!
Ex-lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone undoubtedly look lovely together, and the spark between them is just amazing. We saw them last in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and their chemistry was utterly fantastic, so we are expecting something greater than that from Tamasha. People have even started comparing Ranbir-Deepika‘s chemistry that of next Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol.
2. Imtiaz Ali!
In the past, Imtiaz Ali has given us gems like Jab We Met, Love Aaj Kal, Rockstar, and Highway. This guy understands love and knows how to use it as an inspiration. This will be the first time where Ali has repeated his actors, having worked with Deepika in Love Aaj Kal and with Ranbir in Rockstar. There’s got to be something great in store for us!
3. A. R. Rahman’s music!
If you have read our Tamasha Music Review, then you already know how much we loved it. A. R. Rahman has done an exceptional job by creating some special songs for the movie. You are already familiar with Matargashti, Heer Toh Badi Sad Hai, and Agar Tum Saath Ho. They are our favorites too, but you have got to listen to the rest of the songs as well!
4. Why always the same story?
That’s the tagline of ‘Tamasha’ and it caught my attention at the first glance at the poster! I’m sure you also noticed it at once. The story revolves around the life of Ved, who loses his individuality by sticking to social conventions and how Tara and the entire Tamasha brings him on the right track. Interesting enough for you?
5. Our ticket to exotic locations!
Imtiaz Ali has always shot his films at the most exotic places possible. For Tamasha also, they have shot at beautiful locations in multiple countries — from the exotic island Corsica to Tokyo, Delhi, Shimla, and Kolkata. We got to see some of it in the trailer, and we will get to see lots more in the movie!
So have you booked you tickets yet?
